    Part Time Call Center Agent (20 - 30 hours a week)

    Elmhurst, IL

     

     

    Schedule

    Monday to Friday: 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm
    Saturday: 7:00 am to 2:00 pm (twice per month)

     

     

     

    Gerber Collision & Glass currently has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) within our state of the art call center based in Elmhurst, IL. Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year customer service experience and be customer focused individuals.     Qualifications

    The ideal candidate would have the following experience and skills:

    • Experience in a high volume inbound and outbound customer service call center with computer input during calls

    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

    • Attention to detail

    • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Excellent communication skills; oral, verbal, written and listening

    • Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

    • Strong Computer Skills: Excel, Web based applications, Google Maps

    • Type 40wpm

    • Ability to adapt to an ever changing, growing business environment

    • Bi-lingual speaking skills a plus
