Central Review Estimator is responsible for ensuring our Collision Repair Estimators / Service Writers at the body shop write complete and thorough estimates, maintain compliance with all direct repair programs and confirm all necessary operations are included on the estimate. In addition, Central Review Estimators prepare original estimates for customers requesting an estimate from images submitted via the Gerber Collision website.
Review estimates to ensure compliance with Insurance Company (DRP) guidelines.
Provide operations team with feedback on estimatic quality.
Ensure that all operations required to complete the repair are included on all estimates.
Communicate with operations team that reviewed estimates are ready to be “locked” and submitted to insurance company.
Prepare original estimates for customers requesting estimate via Gerber website.
Provide high levels of customer service to all of our internal customers.

Have a thorough understanding of Automotive Damage Estimatics.
Good decision making ability; sound judgment.
Ability to use a computer screen and keyboard to run daily business.
Must have extensive knowledge of DRP requirements and estimatic process.
Must possess clear vision in providing an accurate vehicle damage analysis.
Should possess a good understanding of computerized estimating systems.
Bilingual experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to fluently speak/understand English language.
Proficient at operating general office equipment and estimating systems including CCC, Mitchell and Audatex.
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to effectively interact with customers and clients.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a team setting.
Easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma/GED and 6-8 years related work experience required.
I-CAR training prefered.
Automotive technical education training preferred.
Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.
